Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for supporting The Wonders of Sensory Play! We want you to love your purchase and have a great experience with our products and services.
Due to the nature of our sensory products, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or we made an error with your order.
Physical Products
We do not accept returns or exchanges for sensory kits, Pour & Play buckets, playdough, sensory fillers, trays, or other sensory products once they have been purchased.
Because many of our products contain loose sensory materials and are prepared specifically for play, we cannot accept items that have been opened, used, mixed, or altered.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at wondersofsensory@gmail.com . Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the item and packaging
- Any other information that may help us resolve the issue
If approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If we made an error with your order or your item arrives damaged, please contact us before disposing of or returning the item. We may require photos or other information to verify the issue.
We are not responsible for damage caused by improper use, storage, handling, or failure to follow the care and safety instructions provided with the product.
Custom & Made-to-Order Products
Custom sensory trays, personalized products, party setups, and made-to-order items are non-refundable once production has begun.
If you need to make a change to a custom order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes before production begins.
Event, Party & Playdate Payments
Payments and deposits for birthday parties, sensory events, playdates, and other scheduled services are non-refundable.
Deposits secure your date and time and may not be refunded if you cancel.
If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may be subject to additional terms outlined in your booking agreement.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are final. Digital downloads, printable resources, and other electronically delivered products are not eligible for refunds once purchased or accessed.
Books
Books and other physical reading materials are subject to our standard physical product policy. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if your book arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
Shipping
The Wonders of Sensory Play is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, stolen, or misdelivered by the shipping carrier after the package has been marked as delivered.
If your package appears to be lost or damaged during transit, please contact us so we can help determine the appropriate next steps.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
