Our Story

Where It All Began

Hi, I'm Cierra — founder of The Wonders Of Sensory Play. My journey into sensory play started with a simple belief: children learn best when they can touch, explore, and create. Watching the joy that lights up a child's face during hands-on play inspired me to build something that families could bring into their homes, knowing it was made with care, intention, and safety in mind.

Our Mission

At The Wonders Of Sensory Play, we believe that play is the first classroom. Every kit we create is designed to support children's cognitive, sensory, and creative development through open-ended, tactile experiences. From the texture of organic rice to the satisfying splash of paint, each element is chosen to engage little hands and curious minds.

Safety First — Always

We know that when it comes to your children, safety isn't optional — it's everything. That's why every kit is thoughtfully crafted with:

• AP-labeled, non-toxic paints — certified safe by the Art & Creative Materials Institute
• Organic materials — like organic rice, chosen for purity and peace of mind
• Handmade, small-batch quality — each kit is made with close attention to detail, so nothing slips through the cracks
• Thoughtfully designed components — including 3D-printed elements crafted for little hands

Handmade with Heart

Every kit that leaves our studio is made by hand, not a factory line. We take pride in the craftsmanship that goes into each Pour & Play Bucket, themed kit, and party package. Our Sensory Play Tools are designed by Ashlee Wiggins, whose passion for purposeful play and design ensures every piece is both functional and delightful.

Made for Families Like Yours

Whether you're a parent looking for meaningful screen-free play, planning a birthday party that wows, or searching for the perfect gift, The Wonders Of Sensory Play has something for every curious child. We're so grateful to be a small part of your family's story.

With love and glitter,
Cierra & The Wonders Of Sensory Play Team
