Sensory Play & Adult Supervision
Sensory play activities are intended to be used with appropriate adult supervision. Parents, caregivers, teachers, and other supervising adults are responsible for determining whether an activity or product is appropriate for the child using it.
Our age recommendations are provided as general guidelines and do not replace adult judgment or supervision.
Children should never be left unattended while using our sensory products or participating in sensory play activities.
Product Safety
Some of our products contain small parts and materials that may present a choking hazard. Unless otherwise stated, our sensory products are recommended for children ages 3 and up.
Our products are not intended for consumption, even when certain individual sensory materials may be taste-safe. Please follow all care, storage, and safety instructions provided with your product.
The Wonders of Sensory Play, LLC is not responsible for misuse of our products, failure to follow safety instructions, or use of a product outside of its intended purpose.
Food & Sensory Materials
Certain activities may use food-based or taste-safe ingredients. “Taste-safe” means that the ingredients are generally suitable for sensory exploration and incidental tasting when prepared correctly; it does not mean that the activity or product is intended to be eaten.
Caregivers are responsible for reviewing ingredients and considering allergies, sensitivities, dietary restrictions, and other individual needs before allowing a child to participate.
Events & Activities
Participation in sensory play events, playdates, birthday parties, and other activities is voluntary. Parents and caregivers are responsible for supervising their children and making decisions regarding participation based on the child’s individual needs and abilities.
By participating in an event, you acknowledge the inherent risks associated with sensory play and agree to follow posted safety guidelines and instructions provided by The Wonders of Sensory Play, LLC.
Educational Information
Information shared through our website, social media, books, printables, activities, and other resources is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not intended to replace professional medical, developmental, therapeutic, educational, or other professional advice.
